Job description

The Inventory Control Clerk plays a pivotal role within a medium-sized team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This position focuses on managing manufacturing inventory through a combination of manual counts and automated systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock monitoring and record keeping. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to maintaining organized inventory processes without the need for travel.


WAGE: $20.46/hr


HOURS: 11am to 730pm M-F

Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Perform data entry and generate detailed reports
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain quality control
  • Process orders and coordinate supply management
  • Track shipments and maintain thorough record keeping
  • Utilize SAP and Windows-based systems effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory processes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • • Manage customer order queue from affiliates and direct customers, release deliveries to meet shipping expectations.
  • • Support Distribution and Receiving during peak demand
  • • Able to work in cold storage/freezer at -20 ̊ C or colder
  • • The ability to work overtime as necessary is required.
