Job description

Western Colorado Hearing Clinic is a leading Audiology practice with multiple locations throughout the breathtaking Grand Junction area, offering medically-oriented diagnostic and treatment services for hearing loss and tinnitus.

The clinic places a strong emphasis on treatment and patient outcomes, paired with a collaborative, growth-minded culture in which team members support one another and take pride in being part of something bigger.

This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional diagnostics and be actively involved in treatment, including tinnitus management (Lenire), cochlear implant (CI) care, and work with more complex patient populations, such as those with TBI.

Youโ€™ll join a collaborative team that embraces new ideas, implements change, and supports individuals seeking to grow, contribute, and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive audiological evaluations and patient-centered care
  • Deliver treatment solutions, including hearing aids and advanced care options
  • Participate in or support cochlear implant (CI) care and complex cases
  • Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment pathways
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute ideas and participate in ongoing improvements within the practice
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow best clinical practices
What Sets This Opportunity Apart
  • Treatment-Focused Care: Be part of real patient outcomesโ€”not just diagnostics
  • Collaborative Culture: A team that genuinely enjoys working together
  • Growth-Minded Environment: Leadership listens and implements new ideas
  • Meaningful Work: Be part of something bigger where your contributions matter
  • Generous Time Off: Strong emphasis on work-life balance
  • Team Atmosphere: Regular collaboration and team events
  • Value Beyond Pay: A workplace where employees feel supported and appreciated
Requirements:
  • A licensed Audiologist (or eligible)
  • Clinically motivated and interested in treatment-focused care
  • Collaborative, communicative, and team-oriented
  • Growth-minded and open to new ideas
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity where culture truly matters
  • Salary plus Bonus $90,000โ€“$110,000
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Generous time off, including holidays and the last week of the year
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
