About the Opportunity


Our client is a well-established and growing boutique wealth management practice dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve their long-term financial goals. With a strong reputation for personalized service and trusted advice, the firm provides comprehensive wealth planning, investment management, and financial planning solutions in a collaborative and client-focused environment.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wealth Management Administrator who enjoys building strong client relationships, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and operational support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Wealth Management Advisors.
  • Prepare and process new account documentation, transactions, transfers, and client requests.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
  • Assist with client reporting, portfolio administration, and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Support advisors with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative initiatives as required.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services administration.
  • Securities licensing in British Columbia is considered an asset but is not required.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, account structures, and financial services administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related financial software.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
