Job description

Solutions ArchitectPosition Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to help customers translate business goals into practical technology solutions. This role partners closely with sales, delivery, and customer teams throughout the solution lifecycle—from early discovery and proposal development through implementation planning and post-sale support.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical judgment with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences. They will help shape solution strategy, guide customer conversations, and build trusted relationships that support long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer objectives, constraints, and technical environments to define appropriate solution approaches.

  • Contribute architectural and engineering expertise during discovery, proposal, and post-sale activities.

  • Learn each customer’s priorities and connect them to relevant capabilities, services, and delivery options.

  • Design and present technology solutions that address documented business and technical requirements.

  • Explain complex concepts in a clear, audience-appropriate way to executives, business leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders.

  • Lead or support workshops, demonstrations, presentations, and collaborative planning sessions.

  • Advise customer technical and business decision-makers on solution options, tradeoffs, and implementation considerations.

  • Develop durable relationships within new and existing accounts and serve as a dependable technical point of contact.

  • Identify emerging needs and potential opportunities in partnership with account and sales teams.

  • Monitor technology trends, market developments, and relevant changes in customer priorities.

  • Coordinate with internal specialists and external partners when a solution requires additional products, services, or expertise.

  • Support implementation planning and help verify that proposed solutions satisfy the customer’s intended outcomes and functional requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

  • At least five years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, technical consulting, or a comparable role.

  • Experience turning business requirements into clear technical recommendations.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across sales, engineering, delivery, and customer teams.

  • Sound judgment when evaluating technical alternatives, risks, dependencies, and implementation needs.

  • Comfortable engaging with audiences at different levels of technical depth.

Preferred Attributes
  • A consultative approach and genuine curiosity about how organizations operate.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on technical understanding.

  • Confidence navigating ambiguous requirements and bringing structure to complex discussions.

  • Commitment to practical, maintainable solutions and positive customer outcomes.
