Construction Foreman
Location: Port Washington, WI - Travel up to 50% (required)

Position Summary
The Foreman provides front-line supervision and coordination of installation services within a data center environment. Supporting the Superintendent, this role assists with planning, quality control, safety enforcement, and project documentation to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements.
Your Impact
As Foreman, you will lead field execution for installation scopes—including racks, containment, and pathway systems—ensuring safe operations, high-quality craftsmanship, and schedule alignment that enables successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision for assigned installation scopes or project areas.
  • Coordinate rack, containment, and pathway installation activities with field teams.
  • Review submittals, shop drawings, and detailing relevant to assigned project areas.
  • Order miscellaneous materials and coordinate material needs with project leadership.
  • Initiate Requests for Information (RFIs) to address field conditions or clarify scope.
  • Assist with initial project setup including layout, logistics, and work planning.
  • Support punch list development, management, and closeout.
  • Complete and maintain QA/QC checklists to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Support the Superintendent with daily coordination, reporting, and field execution.
  • Enforce all site safety requirements and assist with safety meetings and job hazard analysis.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to assigned installation crews.
  • Demonstrate high levels of accountability, teamwork, and communication.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data center installation or skilled trades.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field execution.
  • Ability to supervise crews and coordinate daily workflow.
  • Working knowledge of QA/QC and construction safety requirements.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with Superintendents, Engineers, and project teams.
Education / Certifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • OSHA Training Certification required.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
