As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand clients' needs, preferences, and mental health histories.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
• Providing therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilizing teletherapy technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with transportation or mobility issues.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and updating treatment plans in accordance with evolving needs.
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment modalities accurately in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Participating in supervision and professional development opportunities to continue refining your therapeutic skills.

Your focus will primarily be on adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and cultures, and you will play a critical role in supporting those who often feel marginalized or underserved.

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in teletherapy tools and comfort with virtual counseling platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Prior experience providing therapy in a community health, private practice, or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• A background in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, including case management.
