Job description

Job Summary:

This position is an integral part of our childcare team, supporting the lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. The role will involve assisting in daily activities, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and ensuring the well-being of all children under your care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and work well with young children and families challenged by economic and social problems and of varying racial/ethnic backgrounds.
  • Commitment to collaborative classroom teaching.
