Seeking a BE/BC Medical Oncology & Hematology Physician to join a well-established, high-volume practice in Indianapolis, Indiana, offering strong community ties, robust clinical support, and a collaborative care environment.


Position Highlights:

  • Join a busy, established oncology and hematology practice with strong community relationships
  • Mondayโ€“Friday clinic schedule (8:00 a.m.โ€“4:30 p.m.)
  • Shared call schedule (1:8) including weekend and holiday coverage
  • Gradual outpatient ramp-up to approximately 21 patients per day over two years
  • Inpatient rounding volume of 25โ€“35 patients per list
  • Physician participates in weekday call coverage
  • Access to multiple outreach locations with flexible assignment expectations
  • Strong specialty support staff and collaborative team environment
