This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor engagement (not a W-2 employee position), with responsibility for managing individual tax and benefit obligations; however, there is potential for future conversion to a full-time employee role based on performance, business needs, and mutual alignment.

Our creative professionals work hand-in-hand with all production teams -Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance- to craft compelling and imaginative solutions that captivate our clients and their audiences.
Your Role
As a 3D Artist specializing in Real Time 3D technologies, you will bring environments, characters, and other assets to life, crafting visually stunning and optimized models for real-time applications. Collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and other artists. You will play a key role in crafting immersive experiences across various platforms. Your creativity and technical expertise will add significant impact to user experiences with not only visually appealing content, but also being highly performant in cutting-edge game engines and real-time environments.
What You'll Do
  • Building and texture of low poly 3D models ranging from organic to hard surfaces based on concept art or real-world references.
  • Work alongside the Creative Team in creation of high quality content depending on the project needs.
  • Work inside of real time engines with getting assets configured and ready to be utilized for engineers to develop further per project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive project success and enhance client experiences.

What You'll Need
  • General understanding of 3D modeling and texturing tools such as Maya and Adobe Substance applications.
  • A portfolio showing the ability to create low poly assets.
  • Self motivated with minimal supervision with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and aptitude to learn how to use new tools and workflows based on project needs.

Nice To Have
  • Experience working with CAD models
  • Experience in the Training & Simulation or Gaming industries.
  • Experience with various headsets such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, Apple Vision Pro, etc.
  • Experience in a high autonomy startup environment, showcasing adaptability & discipline.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation in immersive experiences and a drive to constantly push creative boundaries.

Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a US Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations. Our projects involve hands-on work with specialized hardware at our lab, it's essential that you reside in or near the Orlando, FL area and can commute as needed.
