Job description

Bluecore Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Scheduler for a busy cold storage warehouse in Denton, TX. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with logistics and warehouse scheduling experience who can effectively coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:45 AM until finish (Overtime as needed)


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Manage dock appointments and maintain daily scheduling calendars.
  • Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment schedules and updates.
  • Prioritize shipments to ensure timely loading and unloading.
  • Assist with labor planning to maximize warehouse efficiency.
  • Monitor scheduling changes and resolve conflicts quickly.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports using Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
  • Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring deadlines are met.


Required Qualifications:

  • Previous logistics and warehouse scheduling experience.
  • Experience coordinating inbound and outbound appointments.
  • Strong communication skills with carriers, customers, and warehouse operations teams.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
