How much do cold pressed juice jobs pay per hour?

As of Jul 26, 2026, the average hourly pay for cold pressed juice in the United States is $18.75, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $18.75 and $18.75 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What is a cold pressed juice and how is it different from regular juice?

Cold pressed juice is made using a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruits and vegetables without using heat. This process helps preserve more nutrients and enzymes compared to traditional juicing methods that use spinning blades, which can generate heat and cause nutrient loss. Cold pressed juices are often considered fresher, have a richer flavor, and may have a shorter shelf life because they are usually free from preservatives. Many people choose cold pressed juices for their potential health benefits and higher nutritional value.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Cold Pressed Juice Maker, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Cold Pressed Juice Maker, you need knowledge of food safety, basic nutrition, and hands-on experience with juicing techniques, often supported by a food handler’s permit. Familiarity with commercial juicing machines, POS systems, and inventory management tools is typically required. Attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team are valuable soft skills. These abilities ensure high-quality product preparation, compliance with health standards, and positive customer experiences.

What are some common challenges faced by cold pressed juice production team members, and how can they be addressed?

Working in cold pressed juice production often involves managing tight timelines to ensure product freshness and quality. Team members may face challenges related to maintaining strict hygiene standards, operating specialized juicing equipment, and handling perishable ingredients. Collaboration and clear communication within the team help streamline workflow and minimize errors. Staying organized and following established safety protocols are key to overcoming these challenges and ensuring a consistent, high-quality product.
