Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Saint Charles, MO
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Starting Pay: $20.52/hour

Job Summary:
Sets up and operates machinery safely, productively, and ergonomically while manufacturing quality parts and assemblies. Works efficiently to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production standards
  • Verify and print drawings from the IQMS dashboard
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned equipment (5S standards)
  • Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues as needed
  • Set up, adjust, and run machines per production schedule
  • Ensure high-quality parts with minimal rejects
  • Assist in training and mentoring other operators
  • Perform basic maintenance such as die sharpening or shimming
  • Collaborate with engineering on tooling needs or repairs
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
  • Previous machine operating experience (tube benders, press brakes, steel saws, etc.)
  • Ability to read tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
  • Understanding of metric and decimal measurements
  • Basic computer skills (IQMS experience preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
