Job Description NOW HIRING: COLD OPERATORS Stone Bridge Personnel | Fort Worth, TX Stone Bridge Personnel is currently seeking 2 experienced Cold Operators to join our client's manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. We are looking for skilled trade professionals with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cold forming, cold heading, or a closely related metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge, machine-operating expertise, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment.

PAY & SCHEDULE Pay: $30.00 per hour Overtime: Overtime pay available Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Openings: 2 Location: Fort Worth, TX Start: Qualified candidates may be able to start as soon as this week. COLD OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and monitor cold forming/cold heading machinery Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment Load and feed metal materials into machinery Perform tooling, die, and machine adjustments as needed Monitor production quality and machine performance Inspect finished products for proper dimensions and specifications Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Meet production and quality standards consistently QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of Cold Operator, Cold Heading, Cold Forming, or related experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and measurements Knowledge of tooling, dies, and machine adjustments preferred Ability to use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Ability to work overtime as required Must be safety-conscious and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment READY TO GET TO WORK.
