Job Description Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. You Have: 6+ years of experience architecting and delivering AI enabled mission or enterprise systems, including data integration, secure compute, and operator facing applications across restricted or classified environments
6+ years of experience designing and implementing data pipelines, ontologies, and application workflows on platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Gotham, including air gapped, degraded connectivity, or multi classification deployments
6+ years of experience building secure analytics ecosystems, including log pipelines, monitoring frameworks, operational dashboards, or intelligence?fusion environments, such as greenfield or migrated from legacy tooling
6+ years of experience with DevSecOps practices such as containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and automated testing adapted for limited toolchain environments where standard pipelines don’t fully apply
6+ years of experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production workflows or operator tooling, including LLM backed assistants, model augmented decision aids, or automation that expands what a small team can deliver
6+ years of experience making sound architectural tradeoffs in constrained, shifting, or high pressure mission conditions such as restricted toolsets, tight timelines, fragmented networks, or mid?execution requirement changes

Experience in a technical lead role where you were accountable for both the design and successful delivery of the system
Experience operating on a tiger team, fly away cell, or rapid response unit, parachuting into complex problems, delivering under compressed timelines, and exiting cleanly
Top Secret clearance
AWS, Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Kubernetes, or comparable architecture certifications

Salary Range: $100,000 - $225,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
