The Job Details: We are looking for dependable hardworking individuals with good work habits, abilities to minimize downtime of all equipment, and operate the facility at its maximum efficiency. In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated. Duties and Responsibilities can include the following: 

  • General house-keeping of all maintenance areas including refrigeration system
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Complete and log tasks as requested
  • Battery changing and maintenance
  • Equipment inspections, as requested
  • General maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance inside and outside of the facility

The Job Specifics:

•        Location, Department and Work Hours:  Maintenance, Hours Vary

•        Reports To: Assistant Chief Engineer and or Chief Engineer

•        Travel Amount: 0-10%

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the below qualifications

  • Education
    -High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Experience
    -Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required
    -Knowledge of general hand and power tools
    -Previous residential maintenance experience
    -Background in preventative maintenance
