B2B Outbound Appointment Setter
Remote | Independent Contractor | Commission-Based
JAG-LOGiC is a U.S.-based digital marketing, automation and business growth systems company helping small and midsize businesses improve lead generation, customer acquisition and sales operations.

We are expanding our outbound sales program and seeking experienced B2B Appointment Setters / Sales Development Representatives to generate qualified appointments with U.S. business owners and decision-makers.






Compensation Disclosure
This position is 100% commission-based during the initial launch phase. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary.
Compensation is earned when qualified opportunities originated by the contractor result in qualifying collected client revenue.
Commission rates, lead attribution, qualifying revenue, payment schedules and other compensation terms will be provided and agreed upon in writing before beginning.

Commissions are uncapped.
This opportunity is intended to begin as an independent contractor engagement, subject to applicable law and the final written agreement.






Responsibilities
The B2B Appointment Setter will:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective U.S. businesses
Perform targeted email outreach
Research prospective businesses and decision-makers
Identify potential marketing, lead-generation and business-growth needs
Communicate with business owners and other decision-makers
Qualify prospective opportunities
Schedule qualified sales appointments
Conduct appropriate prospect follow-up
Help confirm scheduled appointments
Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
Follow established prospecting processes, scripts and sequences
Participate in training, coaching and performance reviews
This is primarily an appointment-setting position, not a closing position.
JAG-LOGiC's sales team conducts consultations, develops recommendations, presents proposals and closes qualified opportunities.

Our longer-term performance target for established appointment setters is approximately 5–8 qualified held appointments per week, although results will vary by campaign, territory, experience and market conditions.






Future Base Salary + Commission Opportunity

JAG-LOGiC is currently establishing this outbound acquisition program.

Successful commission-based contractors may be considered for future opportunities offering:
Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives
We anticipate evaluating potential transitions as the program becomes established, potentially within approximately 3–6 months.
Recent performance and average commission earnings may be considered when establishing future compensation, along with responsibilities, market rates, business performance and applicable employment requirements.
Future employment or salaried compensation is not guaranteed.

Potential long-term opportunities may include:
SDR → Senior SDR → Team Lead → Outbound Sales Manager
