About the Opportunity PuroClean, a premier Restoration Contractor serving the St. Louis area for over 15 years, is seeking a results-oriented leader to drive our Construction Division.
We have a strong production infrastructure in place, including a Project Manager and Project Coordinator who handle the daily logistics of the build-back. We are not looking for a "cold caller." We have a successful Mitigation Division that generates 80% of our reconstruction leads. We need a Division Manager to step in, take those warm hand-offs, scope the loss, and get the contract signed.
This is a high-impact role for an expert Estimator who wants to take the next step in their career, or a seasoned Manager who prefers the front-end sales and strategy side of the business.
Your Primary Mission:
  • Scope & Estimate: You are the expert. You will inspect property damage and create precise, defensible estimates using Xactimate.
  • Secure the Job: You are the face of the company. You will meet with property owners to sign contracts and secure the rebuild work.
  • Negotiate Value: You will communicate directly with insurance adjusters to agree on scope and pricing, ensuring the company maintains healthy margins.
  • Lead the Division: Provide high-level oversight to the Project Manager and Coordinator to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget. Ideally, this role will serve as the direct manager for the production team.

Qualifications:
  • Xactimate Proficiency is Non-Negotiable: You must be able to write accurate sketches and line items efficiently.
  • Construction Knowledge: A deep understanding of residential and commercial building methods is required to defend your estimates to adjusters.
  • Software: Experience with job management software (PSA, Dash, etc.) is a plus, though we are willing to train the right candidate on our specific system (PSA).
  • Drive: You must be comfortable asking for the sale and navigating the insurance claim process.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Performance-Based Incentive Plan: Lucrative bonus structure dependent on hitting specific Revenue Volume and Gross Margin targets.
  • Company Vehicle provided.
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Ongoing training and development
