Our Business Development Center (BDC) is growing and seeking enthusiastic and tech savvy BDC Internet Sales Appointment Setters to assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone, schedule appointments for customers to meet with the sales team, and more. Phone sales experience is helpful. There is no cold calling.

Our BDC Internet Sales Appointment Setters average $30 per hour! Start, while training, at $15 per hour and transition to a profitable commission structure of $5,000 to $7,000 per month after approximately 30 days!


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone for seven Tameron locations. No cold calls.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to meet with the dealership's sales team.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text and provide a great customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.


Qualifications:

  • Great communication, sales, computer, and customer service skills
  • Energetic with a positive attitude and upbeat personality!
  • Must be able to multitask
  • An ambitious spirit with a willingness to learn!
  • Excellent time-management skills - including the ability to manage your own schedule.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and weekdays between the hours of
    8:30am - 7:00pm
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment background checks and drug test
