Job description

Work from anywhere in the U.S. - Kansas City area candidates get priority scheduling for occasional in-person touchpoints, but this is a genuinely remote role - and get paid entirely based on your own production, with no cap and no ceiling built into the structure.

The Lead Model

The role centers entirely on warm inbound leads: people who already reached out wanting to talk about life insurance coverage. You will never cold call as part of this job, at any stage.

How We Get You Ready

Full training and mentorship take you from zero insurance background to a licensed, confident producer. Onboarding covers product fundamentals, how to run a genuine client conversation, and how to handle objections honestly. From there, ongoing coaching supports you as you build your own book of business.

Pay Structure

Commission-only, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale. Based on consistent effort:

  • $50,000+ part-time in year one
  • $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one

Performance-based incentives are available on top of standard commission, and pay is issued on a daily/weekly basis.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or legal resident
  • Background check clearance
  • Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed - we'll guide you through this

Why This Setup Works

If flexibility in where you work matters to you as much as what you earn, this role is built around both. Apply today to learn more about how remote onboarding and training actually work here.
