What does a Fleet Technician at Swire Coca-Cola do?
This is a full-time industrial level auto-mechanic position, responsible for performing maintenance, running diagnostics and repairing our medium to heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers. You will inspect fleet vehicles, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and play a crucial role in keeping our trucks safe and on the road!

Schedule: 2nd shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm Mon - Fri
Job Level: 2
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests
  • Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • ASE Certified Diesel Mechanic preferred
  • 2-4 years diagnostic, maintenance and repair of Class 7 & 8 diesel trucks and trailers required
  • Own set of tools and understanding the best practice for how to use required tools
