Job Description
We are currently hiring a Machine Operator for our client, a leading Midwest manufacturer of custom case goods, furniture and components for customers in the hospitality, retail, senior living and medical fields. We combine high-tech production methods with Midwestern craftsmanship and innovation. At Komponents, the quality is in detail. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to support and manage flat panel machinery for 32mm panel production. If you have experience with production machinery and a sharp eye for quality, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery for 32mm panel production
  • Ensure machine settings are calibrated according to production specifications
  • Inspect raw materials and finished panels for quality and consistency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Record production data and report any deviations or issues
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Related experience preferred: Manufacturing, Carpentry, Maintenance
  • Familiarity with 32mm system standards in cabinetry or furniture manufacturing
  • Ability to interpret work orders, and specifications
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift to 40 lbs.
