The Field Service Technician will diagnose and repair industrial laundry equipment including but not limited to commercial washers/dryers/ironers (On-Premises), coin laundromat equipment and small-chassis (homestyle) laundry equipment. Technicians are territory-based but may sometimes be required to travel to assist outside of their local area.

The ideal technician will have prior laundry experience: however, relevant experience can include appliance repair, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service. Our technicians undergo an in-depth training program which includes manufacturer continued education to stay up to date on our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass background check requirements including MVR check and professional reference checks.
  • Occasional after hours/weekend service as needed. Normal hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.
  • Light travel (day trip and overnight).
  • Experience with light electrical and mechanical work.
  • Prior commercial laundry technician experience. However, relevant experience can include appliance repair, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing service.
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • Strong, independent work ethic; self-starter (must be able to self-manage your day).
  • Maintain professional attitude and appearance at customer locations.
  • A high school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency with smartphones and tablets (we use specialized dispatch software to track jobs)
  • Ability to load and unload equipment from trailers with a hand truck/dolly.
  • Offer quick solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Some lifting up to 75 lbs.
