Job description

Your Mission
Be the face of Clearview as you help members reach their financial goals! From opening accounts to recommending the best financial solutions, you'll deliver top-tier service with a personal touch. This is more than a teller job, it's a career that makes a difference.
What You'll Do
  • Perform opening/closing procedures and manage cash operations
  • Assist members with all steps of the loan process, including credit review, documentation, and disbursal
  • Handle teller transactions, shared branching, vault access, and balancing
  • Make outbound calls to support member follow-up, promotions, and branch growth
  • Process mail deposits, night bags, and coin shipments
  • Become a certified notary and provide notary services
  • Educate members on Clearview's products & services
  • Solve financial needs with smart, tailored solutions
  • Represent Clearview at community and charity events
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of customer service or financial experience
  • 2 years of experience in a Financial Experience Advisor / Relationship Banker role
  • Certified and experienced NMLS preferred
  • Great communication & relationship-building skills
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented, open availability
  • Driven by empathy, integrity, and growth

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 2pm
