• Assemble and inspect small medical device components
• Work under a microscope with hair-thin wires and delicate parts
• Perform coil assembly, packaging, and quality inspection
• Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
• Measure, inspect, and verify product quality
• Rotate between workstations as skills develop
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• 3+ months of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Comfortable working with small parts and detailed tasks
• Ability to read and follow English work instructions
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Microscope experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.40 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
