About the role
As a Senior QA Lead with Healthcare Platforms (Facets & Enrollment) experience you will make an impact by driving quality assurance strategy and execution across complex healthcare platforms. You will be a valued member of the QA team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality releases aligned with business goals.
In this role, you will:
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for QA, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and influencing quality outcomes
  • Align QA strategy with Agile sprint and release cycles while ensuring coverage of business-critical workflows
  • Lead and coordinate offshore QA teams for execution, status reporting, and delivery tracking
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Drive adoption of automation, AI-driven solutions, and testing tools to improve efficiency and quality
  • Manage integration testing efforts, including dependencies across systems and third-party applications
  • Monitor QA progress, risks, and metrics, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution
  • Strengthen team capability through coaching, process improvements, and continuous skill development

  • 8+ years of experience on QA
  • Strong expertise in Facets platform within healthcare domain
  • Proven experience in Enrollment and EAM (Medicare Enrollment) processes
  • Ability to manage and coordinate within a multi-vendor environment
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes, with ability to enforce best practices
  • Experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing delivery
  • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Experience handling integrations, dependencies, and enterprise-level systems

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 to 112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
