Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Compensation: $150,000 โ€“ $225,000 base + competitive equity

Conversion AI is building an AI-native marketing automation platform for modern software companies. The platform enables growth teams to run acquisition through retention workflows with AI agents replacing legacy GTM tooling like Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot. Raised $28M+ from Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital. Team includes talent from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC Trading, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. About the Role

This is a foundational early GTM hire responsible for building Conversion's growth engine from scratch. You will own demand generation strategy, campaign experimentation, event execution, growth systems, and pipeline creation with significant autonomy โ€” working directly with founders to define the GTM playbook and channel strategy from day one.

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across channels

Requirements
  • 2โ€“5 years of relevant growth or demand gen experience
  • Experience owning paid acquisition and campaign execution end to end
  • Webinar program ownership
  • SEO, LinkedIn, events, and demand gen experience
  • Startup comfort โ€” ideally early-stage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen around ROI, metrics, and CAC efficiency
  • SF onsite 5 days/week
