Technical Program Manager- Onsite(WA) Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager FICO to lead complex SAP Finance (FICO) initiatives with a strong focus on Project Systems , Fixed Asset Accounting , and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role requires a technically adept program manager who brings hands-on FICO project experience , excellent communication skills, and a proactive, assertive leadership style to drive cross‑functional alignment and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO programs, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Own and manage SAP Project Systems, Fixed Asset Accounting, and P2P-related initiatives within the finance landscape.
  • Drive project planning activities including scope definition, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into executable technical tasks.
  • Facilitate integration between FICO and related modules (MM, PS, FA) to ensure business continuity and data consistency.
  • Provide oversight on technical design, configuration, and integration activities related to FICO systems.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and SAP technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while escalating issues as needed to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Champion agile and/or waterfall project delivery methodologies, depending on project needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO project/program management with deep knowledge of:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Fixed Asset Accounting
  • Project Systems (PS)
  • Strong background in SAP technical delivery , including managing SAP configuration, development, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills able to interface with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Assertive, proactive leadership style with the ability to drive accountability and decision-making.
  • Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or SAP Solution Manager is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, Agile, or SAP Activate certification.
  • Experience in global enterprise environments or complex SAP landscapes.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migrations or transformations is a bonus.
