Job Opening: Bookkeeper - Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper - Office Manager to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and office administration who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely data entry
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audits

Office Management:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, and internal communication
  • Maintain organizational filing systems and ensure administrative compliance
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, and general office correspondence

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related finance role
  • Understanding of GAAP and basic financial reporting
