Become an integral part of our Dunkin' team as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the physical structure, equipment, and systems to provide a safe and inviting environment for both customers and team members. Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Address repairs and maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Painting and Cosmetic needs
  • Exterior Landscaping /Upkeep of property

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of plumbingelectrical, and general maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
