  • Operational Leader Someone who can support administrative tasks, manage labor, and hit speed-of-service goals.
  • High-Level Coach A mentor who provides consistent coaching to Shift Leaders and Baristas while facilitating new hire training.

  • Manage Inventory Oversee inventory counts and assist with ordering to prevent supply shortages.
  • Model "Strong Vibes" Ensure the team maintains a genuine connection with each other and the community.
  • Maintain the Store Ensure the interior and exterior remain pristine through regular audits and equipment maintenance.
