Job description


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Get rolls for Sheeters and load the roll stands.
  • Pull sheeted loads from delivery and stage in an organized manner.
  • Band and wrap sheeted loads being sent to outside customers.
  • Split cores, stack core plugs, unwrap rolls, and perform other required duties.
  • Clean department as needed.
  • Participate in any tasks necessary to allow for continuous operation of the process.
  • Follow all Plant Safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor the level of quality in the products being produced.


Required Skills

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude/skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to accurately distinguish color variation
  • Capable of safely operating roll lift trucks.
  • Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required.
  • Frequent lifting (up to 75 pounds), bending and turning
