The Experience You'll Create:
The Route Merchandiser-OCS is responsible for maintaining established pantry locations. Route Merchandiser-OCS excels in merchandising products and creating a welcoming, open dialogue with high profile customers.
Shift: Monday - Friday
  • Maintain established inventory levels for all products, to include, but not limited to soft drinks, pre-packaged food, sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, fruits, vegetables, candy, pastry snack items and hot and cold beverages.
  • Merchandise products according to pantry/office coffee layouts.
  • Gather and report customer feedback.
  • Count, record and follow ordering protocol for inventory.
  • Restock shelves, coolers, and coffee.
  • Follow protocols for inventory tracking and rotating products.
  • Collect and record out-of-date or rejected merchandise.
  • Review inventory requirements to identify what products are needed for each pantry location on a predetermined schedule.
  • Works closely with the warehouse and partnering delivery team members to ensure all products are ready for delivery.
  • Load and unload products using proper safety protocols to prevent injury.
  • Drive vehicle to points of sale to deliver merchandise.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with management regarding account product changes and recommended scheduling changes.
  • Ensure proper handling and refrigeration of all perishable items during transit and while stocking products.
  • Ensure coolers maintain appropriate temperatures to store products. Perform routine cleaning, to include, but not limited to coffee machines, microwaves, coolers, racks, shelves, tables, counter tops, floors and windows, in and around each point of sale.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Driver's license
  • Prior experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to read, speak, and understand English.
  • Proficient with computers, iPads, GPS technology, and basic inventory systems; ability to operate box trucks preferred.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks (if applicable to your region)
  • Results‑oriented, adaptable, and able to balance business needs with customer requests; demonstrates consistent follow‑through and quickly applies new information.
  • Detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable working in structured environments with routine tasks; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong visual merchandising abilities and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming product presentation.
