Dein Verantwortungsbereich:Du bist erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden bei technischen und kommerziellen Anliegen, analysierst Störungen per Fernzugriff, koordinierst gemeinsam mit internen Fachabteilungen pragmatische Lösungen und steuerst Support- sowie Serviceprojekte von der Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

Die Position ist innerhalb des Bereichs Service angesiedelt und berichtet direkt an die Abteilungsleitung
Teamgröße:
Du arbeitest als Teil eines Teams von 7 Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
Internationale Verbindungen:
Aufgrund der globalen Struktur unserer Unternehmensgruppe bestehen regelmäßige Abstimmungen mit internationalen Standorten, insbesondere mit z.B. den USA, den Niederlanden etc. Projektarbeit findet häufig in interkulturellen Teams statt.
- Du nimmst Kundenanfragen entgegen und bist erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) bei technischen Problemen.
- Per Fernzugriff analysierst Du gemeinsam mit dem Kunden die Situation und hilfst bei der Fehlersuche.
- Du konkretisierst die Störung und leitest daraus Aufgaben für unsere Fachabteilungen ab.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team arbeitest Du an der Fehleranalyse und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen.
- Du planst und koordinierst die Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Störungen – von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle überwachst Du die Aufgabenverteilung intern und stimmst Dich eng mit dem Kunden ab.
- Du übernimmst die Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Customer Support – sowohl national als auch international.
- Bei technischen oder kommerziellen Themen bist Du der zentrale Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden.
