Tulip Café is our new destination café—a celebration of specialty beverages and a living showcase of innovative recipes. Located at our global headquarters, Tulip Café is built on hospitality, craft, and creative collaboration. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Barista who loves coffee (or is excited to learn) and enjoys connecting with people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the team to keep things running smoothly
  • Provide excellent customer service—because we want every guest to leave happier than they came in
  • Assist in the areas below depending on needs for the day.

Ice Cream Room

  • Create savory acai bowls, sundaes and other sweet treats in our ice cream parlor

Register

  • Greet customers with a smile and take orders accurately
  • Handle cash/point-of-sale transactions
  • Plate pastries and other baked goods for customers

Food Runner

  • Run food out to customers while providing excellent customer service

Busser

  • Clear dishes and keep café clean and inviting for customers to enjoy their visit

Expeditor

  • Finish plating food items with sides as directed by Head Cook
  • Assist with prepping food as time allows
  • Run food out to customers as time allows or call for a runner

Dish Washer

  • Be a team player and help wash & put away dishes during downtime


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous café/customer service experience is a plus, not required—we’ll train you!
  • A positive, friendly personality and good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm when it gets busy
  • Reliable and ready to show up with your best energy
  • Comfort with standing for long shifts and moving around a lot
