Job description

  • We are hiring immediately for a full time PANTRY COORDINATOR position.
  • Location: Coffee Distributing Corp - 31 West 34th Street, New Hyde Park, NY 10001. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous food service, hospitality, and customer service experience required.
  • Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
  • Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Receive, inspect, and stock pantry inventory, ensuring product quality, accurate inventory levels, and proper FIFO (first-in, first-out) rotation practices.
    • Replenish beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, and other pantry essentials while maintaining food safety standards and proper storage of perishable items.
    • Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee, water, and pantry equipment, escalating repair needs when necessary.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused pantry environment by addressing service needs, monitoring product availability, and upholding workplace safety standards.

Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
  • Maintains and performs product inventory.
  • Understands menu offerings.
  • Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
  • Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
