Hotel Cook
We are looking for a professional cook to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and brand standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Provide guests with highest possible experience of food quality and presentation
  • Able to cook multiple tickets at once to ensure the timeliness of service for the guests
  • Keep open communication between management and employees
  • Ensure food quality standards are followed by all; appearance, taste, garnishment of plate and rotation of products
  • Ensure that the opening and closing procedures are completed
  • Ensure proper health code standards and followed
  • Efficiently expedite food from front line during busy meal periods
  • Responsible for adhering to company use records, recipes, applicable Franchise and management company's Standard Operating Procedures, meat charts, etc.
  • Take immediate action on problems that are encountered in the kitchen
  • Follow brand procedures on portion control
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
  • Efficiently work all areas as needed or directed
  • Know and adhere to state/local health codes and ordinances
  • Performs such other additional and related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or General Manager
