Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Apprentice Electricians possess the full range of knowledge required to install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems for a variety of purposes, including climate control, security, lighting, power sources and communications. With shops in Calgary, Fort Saskatchewan, Bonnyville, and Saskatoon, the E amp;I team works on local projects as well as site projects located throughout Western Canada.
Employees are expected to support and participate in a โ€œculture of safetyโ€ and adhere to and be ambassadors of Strikeโ€™s Code of Conduct and Values, and to treat others with dignity, respect, and fairness.
JOB DETAILS
  • Monday - Friday (5 on, 2 off shifts)
  • 10-hour workdays
  • Local to Edmonton
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be a registered 3rd or 4th year Apprentice with the appropriate provincial authority
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug amp; alcohol testing
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Install, alter, repair, and maintain various electrical systems and related equipment
