We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumber to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local building codes. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in commercial properties, including water supply, drainage, and waste systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras effectively on job sites.
  • Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Operate construction site equipment safely and efficiently while managing heavy lifting tasks.
