We're on the hunt for an energetic and driven Center Director to lead our innovative learning center, with a clear pathway to ownership.

Who We Are

At Code Ninjas Alexandria, VA, were on a mission to transform how kids learn and grow. Through our game-based curriculum, we teach kids to code in a fun, safe, and inspiring environment. But its about more than just coding its about empowering kids to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate effectively.

Our students, or "Ninjas," work with our talented instructors, known as "Senseis," to create games, tackle challenges, and develop skills that will last a lifetime. Since opening in 2019, weve become a hub for kids in the Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax communities, fostering creativity and confidence in a space they call their second home.

What Youll Do

As the Center Director, youll oversee the daily operations of our cutting-edge learning center, ensuring its a place where kids thrive and parents feel confident. Heres a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing
  • Engage with prospective families: follow up on leads, conduct tours, and manage enrollments.
  • Drive new business development and partnerships.
  • Manage our social media presence to promote the centers mission and programs.
Customer Service
  • Build strong, positive relationships with kids and parents.
  • Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve customer service concerns with professionalism.
Operations
  • Oversee facility management and vendor relations.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a team of high-school and college-age Senseis.
  • Manage curriculum programs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, requiring approximately 40-45 hours per week. General hours include: - Monday Friday: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM - Saturday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM - Sunday: 11:30 AM 5:00 PM
Youll also have the support of a part-time Assistant Center Director to help manage the workload.
