SHIFT MANAGER
As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for our guests and team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
  • Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Moderate to high noise levels.
  • Exposure to a smoky environment.
