Engagement Type: Contract

Location: 1111 E Main St, Richmond, VA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (ON SITE: 2 days/week required, parking not provided)

Job Description

•                 Supplement division staff by executing existing metric procedures for statutory and ad hoc reporting, as well as data discrepancy assessment and resolution.

•                 Develop end-to-end automation framework and documentation to load data and query results to SQL Server tables using standard Microsoft products.

•                 Build, validate, document, and implement end-to-end processes using automation frameworks to load vendor-provided and division data, calculate regulatory/division metrics, perform data quality checks, and address geographies coding.

•                 Train division staff on use and maintenance of automation framework.

Required Experience and Skills

•                 BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required, 4+ years)

•                 Software development/programming experience: 8+ years required

•                 SQL, SQL Server, and related Microsoft products: 8+ years required

•                 ETL development and Microsoft Visual Studio: 8+ years required

•                 Python and business intelligence tools: 8+ years required

•                 Project lead experience: 8+ years required

•                 Documentation skills: 8+ years required (writing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation)
