In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure every batch of our soups, sauces, and specialty food products meets the highest standards for taste, consistency, safety, and quality before it reaches our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Perform quality inspections and testing on soups, sauces, and specialty food products before packaging.
  • Measure product characteristics including consistency, pH, particulate distribution, and other quality standards.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations for taste, texture, aroma, and appearance.
  • Accurately document quality testing results and maintain production records.
  • Identify product non-conformances and communicate findings to production leadership.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Production teams to improve product consistency and manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor quality trends and report potential issues before they impact production.
  • Help maintain compliance with food safety and quality programs.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in food manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience working with soups, sauces, or similar food products is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, or other food safety programs is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
