The Therapist role at Rock Solid Counseling is designed for a remote work setting, promoting flexibility while providing therapeutic services. • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address personal, psychological, and interpersonal difficulties.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, closely aligned with psychiatric diagnoses and specific patient needs, adapting as necessary based on therapy progression.
• Gather bio-psycho-social assessments through detailed interviews, case history reviews, and observational techniques, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient.
• Conduct thorough analysis of assessment data to establish accurate diagnoses, effective treatment strategies, and determine the necessity for referrals to specialized care when appropriate.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Our patients span a broad spectrum, including children, families, and adults from varying backgrounds and experiences. You will work closely with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A valid license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical coding, documentation practices, and clinical research.
• Strong capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in specific therapeutic modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) or experience in community health settings will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques is also desirable.

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
