Job description

Job Summary:

To coordinate daily work flow and scheduling activity of the Diagnostic Radiology Department. Provides technical directions and guidance to personnel within work team. May be required to assume charge duties in absence of Assistant Director. Provides input to management for budget preparation and capital equipment recommendations. Performs other related duties as assigned by authorized personnel or as may be required to meet emergencies. Complies with all quality assurance, customer focus, infection control, safety and all policies and procedures with the department. Willingly performs other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, NYS license/registration and ARRT, Minimum of 5 years of experience as a radiologic technologist, plus current CPR certification required.

Preferred Qualifications: Work Days:

Primary shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm. Rotational weekends and holidays are required. On-call may be required.
