We are looking for a Client Service Specialist; an energetic individual with an engaging personality who believes in our philosophy of learning and innovating in a fun environment. You will join our growing team of coaches at Cary to provide superior customer service to our students, parents and prospective customers.

Requirements

ยท Proficient in promoting business

ยท Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, web-based applications.

ยท Very good listener, attentive to prospective clientโ€™s questions.

ยท Educational experience and First Aid training an asset.

ยท Understanding of robotics and programming an asset.

Responsibilities include:

ยท Track and respond to all inquiries, via phone and email

ยท Conduct tours and describe our programs to prospective students and parents.

ยท Review program offerings, pricing and enrollment with prospective students and parents.

ยท Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration, payments and students for our programs.

ยท Organizational duties for the office and classrooms.

ยท Provide feedback to students and parents on srtudent progress.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday PM and Saturday AM
