About Camp Success Academy

Camp Success Academy provides high-quality afterschool and summer programming that supports children academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

We are seeking energetic, dependable, and engaging instructors who love working with children and creating memorable experiences every day.

Position Summary

Afterschool Instructors supervise and engage elementary-aged students in a structured, fun, and supportive environment. Instructors facilitate homework help, enrichment activities, outdoor play, and social-emotional learning while ensuring student safety at all times.

ResponsibilitiesStudent Supervision
  • Provide active supervision of assigned students
  • Maintain appropriate staff-to-student ratios
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
Academic Support
  • Assist students with homework completion
  • Support literacy, STEM, and enrichment activities
  • Differentiate support based on student needs
Program Activities
  • Facilitate engaging hands-on activities
  • Lead games, centers, and team-building experiences
  • Supervise outdoor play and movement activities
Family & Team Communication
  • Communicate professionally with parents and staff
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings
  • Collaborate with Site Directors and fellow instructors

Qualifications

Required:
