Performance Contracting Group (PCG) is seeking an energetic and dependable Contract Analyst to support the coordination and administration of the contract management process.

This role is part of the Legal Department and is responsible for coordinating and managing contract activities at the Companyโ€™s headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas. The Contract Analyst will play a key role in ensuring contracts are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures and be responsible for the following:

  • Review, revise and negotiate construction contracts and other project-related documentation in order to identify and minimize company risk or liability.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and summarize contract issues or key points to ensure compliance with company policy, laws and regulations.
  • Generate amendments to modify contract terms & conditions.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Track and report status of contract negotiations.
  • Train internal employees on contract administration policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned.

Salary range: $69,000 - $92,000 annual base salary plus eligibility for the non-guaranteed annualized bonus program

Basic Requirements
  • 3-5 yearsโ€™ experience reviewing and revising contracts, preferably in a construction-related environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in contracts management, public administration, business administration or a related field.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in the construction field
  • Local to the KC Metro
