Physical Therapist

Key Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in providing excellent patient care in the Newton & Grinnell Iowa area- in a home health setting.

Weekend hours would be included for a full time position. PRN also available! Ideally weekend day for skilled care center and during week for HH a few days. (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday schedule)

The rate for this role is $35+

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Key Rehab, you will:

  • Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Licensure: Current PTA license in the state of practice.
  • Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
