Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Front Desk)

Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Onsite)
Type: Contract | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Central Time)
Start Date: October 27, 2025
End Date: December 31, 2025 (possible extension)


About the Role

We’re looking for a professional and reliable Administrative Assistant to provide front desk and office support at a busy corporate location. This role requires someone who is punctual, organized, and customer-service-oriented. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff—helping direct guests, sort mail, and support day-to-day office operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a professional office environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and directing inquiries.

  • Sort and distribute US mail and interoffice mail accurately.

  • Maintain office organization and ensure a professional reception area.

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members.

  • Provide administrative support and perform clerical duties as needed.

  • Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance (must be seated and ready by 8 AM).


Requirements
  • High-level customer service experience (front desk or receptionist preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
