Unlike traditional academic routes, coding apprenticeships combine real-world work experience with mentorship and formal instruction. The apprenticeship typically includes structured learning, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to team meetings or project planning sessions. This hands-on experience is designed to gradually build your technical skills and confidence in a professional software development environment.
